Oluwaseyi Adeloye, professionally known as Seyyicodes, is a Nigerian-born DJ and music producer working across Afrobeats, Amapiano and African-influenced electronic music. Based in Newcastle, United Kingdom, he develops rhythm-focused productions and performance-driven DJ sets shaped by African groove traditions and contemporary club frameworks.

His recorded catalogue reflects steady and intentional growth. Early releases such as Echoes of
Peace (2022) introduced his approach to melodic restraint and rhythmic structure. This foundation expanded through subsequent singles including VUKA (2024) and Blessings (2025), culminating in his 2025 EP VUKA: The Awakening. The four-track project presents a cohesive exploration of Afro-centric percussion, controlled arrangement and dancefloor-conscious design. Tracks from the EP have received editorial playlist placement on Boomplay, signalling independent digital recognition and audience reach.

As a producer, Seyyicodes builds from rhythm outward. Percussive layering and groove clarity form the backbone of his compositions, supported by measured melodic elements and structured low-end movement. His work is constructed with live translation in mind, ensuring fluid movement between studio recording and club performance.

Beyond his solo releases, he has contributed as a co-producer within collaborative studio projects developed across international creative networks, expanding his experience within structured production environments.

In parallel with his recording output, Seyyicodes maintains an active performance profile across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He has appeared at the Zero Gravity event series in both Lagos and London, a platform known for presenting contemporary Afro-focused club culture. He has also delivered live DJ sets in London, Birmingham, Newcastle and Manchester. His performances are characterised by seamless transitions, controlled pacing and the integration of original edits and productions within Afro-driven club spaces.

Committed to technical refinement, he completed advanced music production training in Ableton Live at London Sound Academy in 2025, strengthening his workflow precision and electronic production fluency while maintaining strong African rhythmic foundations.

With a growing catalogue, cross-border performance activity and a disciplined approach to development, Seyyicodes represents a focused and evolving voice within contemporary Afro-electronic music, guided by structure, groove and long-term creative intent.
